• Ownership: All content provided on Pactify, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pactify or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
• License: Pactify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your internal business purposes.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Fees: Fees for services are set forth on our Pricing page and must be paid in accordance with our billing terms.
• Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Termination

Pactify may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, including that the service will operate error-free or that the service, its servers, or the content are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pactify shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pactify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service.

10. Changes to Terms

Pactify reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
